Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao delivered his first speech assuring that his government would ensure overall development of Telangana State.

He took salute at the Ceremonial Parade at the Parade Grounds in Secunderabad. KCR described the formation of Telangana as people's victory. He paid rich tributes to those who laid down their lives for the statehood cause and praised people from all walks of lives who participated in the struggle.
